Your accounts are also emailed to the address you enter — please use one you check. After-sales coverage is 24 hours; include your order number when contacting support.
How fast is delivery?
Products marked “Auto delivery” are delivered right after payment and shown on your order page. “Manual delivery” products are handled by our staff, usually within 30 minutes.
Where do I find the accounts I bought?
After payment the account details appear on the order page and are also emailed to the address you entered. You can later enter that email on “My orders” to receive the order links again.
What if an account doesn't work?
Contact support within the after-sales period with your order number and a description (screenshots help). We will replace it or resolve the issue after checking.
How long are orders kept?
Order pages are kept for 30 days. The delivery email stays in your inbox — we still recommend saving a copy.
